Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit note or exchange.
What items are returnable?
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- The items must be received back in their original condition.
- Clothing items (scarves/shawls/gloves etc.) must be unwashed and unworn.
- The items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Items of a delicate fabric must not be returned with any snags or pulls.
- Please ensure there are no makeup or fake tan marks on any garments.
What items are non-returnable?
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Soaps and toiletries that have been opened or used.
- Candles that have been lit.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Always obtain your proof of postage - we need this to track your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- If you have sent your parcel untracked and your parcel goes missing, you will need to put in a claim with your courier to cover the loss.
Refunds (credit note - if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in the form of a credit note.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of a credit note. We will endeavor to do this within 3 working days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 02920702460. You can then send your item to - Gifts @ No.9, 9 Windsor Road, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 1JB. United Kingdom. You will need to contact us for a goods return reference number. No items will be received unless they are accompanied with a returns reference even if deemed faulty.
Shipping of pre-authorised returns:
No items will be accepted for return unless they have been previously authorised and you have a Returns Reference Number.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com and request to return your purchase. If we agree to your return we will issue you with a returns reference number. Once this reference number is received then please mail your product to:

If it is easier for you to return the item to our store in PENARTH you will still need to have proof of your online purchase.
Please note that no refunds or exchanges can be issued online or any items received back without a returns code
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
